Our Nursing Home and Care Services Rates

We offer 3 Levels of Care which can be summarized as follows:

• Assisted Living Package supports residents with basic to low care needs.
• Care Level 1 Package supports residents with intermediate care needs.
• Care Level 2 Package supports residents with high care needs.

The higher the support needed and time spent by the clinical team, the higher the care level is.

To identify the Care Level needed, a Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA) will be necessary. The CGA can be facilitated through a video conference/call. After the CGA we can identify your Care Level and create an individualized care plan based on your needs and wants.

Your room type of choice, your level of care with an individualized care plan, and additional activities will define your monthly fee.

Private or Semi-Private Room with

• A regular bed or care bed, cabinet, bathroom, 42” full-screen TV, Wi-Fi access, table, and chairs.
• 24/7 air-conditioning
• 3 Meals and 2 snacks a day
• Bed linens and towels
• Private laundry services
• Housekeeping Services
• Assistance and nursing care based on the care level
• Social activities, morning and afternoon exercises, mental and memory exercises, and afternoon games

Free emergency transport through our partner Lifeline to the nearest hospital in case of emergency

The Assisted Living Package is for fairly independent seniors. It is for residents who only need supervision or slight assistance in their daily activities. In this package, we prioritize the independence of our residents. We encourage them to do their daily activities by themselves with the guidance of our trained caregivers and nurses.

Our Assisted Living Package provides medication management, nursing services, monitoring of vital signs and weight, bathroom and dressing guidance, social activities, and morning and afternoon exercises.

Care services in this package:

• Assistance and nursing care as defined by a complete and individualized Care Plan which is based on the resident’s specific needs.
• Bi-annual check-up with our Geriatric physician
• Social activities, morning and afternoon exercises, mental and memory exercises, and afternoon games.
• We offer additional services from personal Private Caregivers who dedicate their time only to one specific resident. To find out more, please check the additional services tab.

Note:

Medical supplies, medicines, physical therapies, additional doctor visits, lab, and other diagnostic tests are not included in the above fees but can be organized.

All prices shown are inclusive of senior citizens’ discount. Please note that an additional charge of 20% and VAT will apply for those without a valid Filipino Senior Citizens ID.
